Our Kitchen Filter Cleaning Services
We provide grease filter cleaning services as part of, or in addition to cleaning of full kitchen grease extraction system clean (see Extraction Hood and Duct Cleaning). Our mobile service means we can clean your filters onsite in your commercial kitchen. Or we can operate an exchange system, depending on your business requirements.
We are proud to partner with Spectank NZ limited and have installed Spectanks in our fleet of service vans. The Spectank® is a specially designed stainless steel, double skinned soak tank with a thermostatically controlled heating element. The cleaning solution is non-toxic, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly and biodegradable and will remove fat, grease, carbon and oil without causing any damage to the parent material.

Regular commercial kitchen filter cleaning
There are many benefits to getting regular grease filter system cleaning.
Cleaning is required by law. A Building Warrant of Fitness under the New Zealand Building Act requires a yearly inspection, clean and sanitisation of any ventilation and air conditioning system.
